I've been spending way too much time on the computers down here. I'm even starting to build a small music library.
I found this song today, and I really like the lyrics.

What a difference a day made, twenty four little hours
Brought the sun and the flowers where there used to be rain
My yesterday was blue dear
Today I'm a part of you dear
My lonely nights are through dear
Since you said you were mine
Oh, what a difference a day made
There's a rainbow before me
Skies above can't be stormy since that moment of bliss
That thrilling kiss
It's heaven when you find romance on your menu
What a difference a day made
And the difference is you, is you

My yesterday was blue dear
Still I'm a part of you dear
My lonely nights are through dear
Since you said you were mine
Oh, what a difference a day makes
There's a rainbow before me
Skies above can't be stormy since that moment of bliss
That thrilling kiss
It's heaven when you find romance on your menu
What a difference a day made
And the difference is you, is you, is you

This has truly been an interesting week.
Monday morning outright sucked. It was a really hard day. I spent the day with Parvati though, and we managed to make the best of the day.
A few people met up with Hermione to help cheer her up, which was cool.
{hexed private to Hermione}Sorry I couldn't be there Hermione, I had a lot of things to take care of. Feeling better?{/hex}
We got back pretty late on monday, where Lavender proceeded to scare the bloody hell out of us. All in good fun though, and it was a nice way to end the night.
The rest of the week went by pretty quickly, rather mundane.
And tonight was so fun. I wouldn't have traded it for the world.
I must be really lucky.
Thankyou :)

Have I mentioned how much I don't like homework? 2-ft essay on the laws that prohibit transfiguration as a punishment on someone.
This is my attempt at an update, nothing really big has happened lately. Hermione was in hte hospital wing for a bit, I guess someone tried to hex her, I'm not sure on the details. Something's up, and I want to know what. Pranks are bound to happen at a school for magic, but the amount that have happened this year and all of the other drama thats happened seems like a lot for the first three weeks of school.
I've just been going through each day, nothing has really happened to me. I'm a bit of a bystander on stuff, but its not too bad. I just need something to keep me busy, I can't stand not having anything to do.

Seamus woke up early but suprisingly he didn't feel tired. He dressed, packed up his dress robes, and grabbed a quick breakfast before throwing some powder into the fireplace and shouting "The Burrow!". Moments later the spinning stopped and he stumbled out of the fireplace at the Burrow. He looked around, trying to spot his friends in the growing crowd that was bustling through the house, helping with last minute preparations, half of the people doing exactly what Seamus was doing: trying to figure out what they should be doing and where to be.

Well, I've been back, but I havent been on the computer for a bit. While I was gone the thing crashed and I just now got it working again. I can post hereeasily enough, but asking me to install something called Windows is just mean.
Had a good trip, but its nice to be back home. I missed Ireland. When we got back, I joined my friend Payton at a Quidditch match between the Kenmare Kestrals and Puddlemere United, at the Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. Wow, what an amazing match! Puddlemere United won 260-200. I was cheering for the Kestrals, but they weren't far behind. only 1 goal before the snitch was caught. But I wasn't too dissapointed, because I SAW OLIVER! Oliver wood, most of you remember him. He became a reserve for Puddlemere United after he left Hogwarts, and at the game he was playing Keeper! I got a few minutes to say hi after teh game, he's doing pretty good. I think there's a pic of him in the Daily Prophet, keep a look for him!
And I'm still bored, I really want school to be here, I need more structure in my days. Maybe I'll go play quidditch again tomorrow. Anyone care for some training? I'll try my best to keep the bludgers off, if we practice that.

Hey everyone! It's been an interesting few days, Finally got to a computer.
Draco, we did indeed take a portkey. I guess dad was a bit tired when he said we were going.
Anyways, It's amazing over here. We're jumping around the state, we're in Lansing right now. Yesterday we were in a city called Kalamazoo, visiting dad's friend. Got some pictures of downtown, here are a few.

I find myself on here a lot, reading what's been happening in everyone elses life. Mine has been so dull and uninteresting lately. But that's gonna change soon.. Yeah, there's the wedding, but completely separate from that, I finally have something interesting happen. This week, before the wedding, I'm going to America! A friend of Dad owns a summer home in the state of Michigan, and we're leaving tonight. Apparating, so I'm kinda nervous, seeing that it's across the Atlantic. We're getting a digital camera, which takes still photos, ones that dont move. But they said there's a setting where they do move, but you can't print them. Still, I'll be venturing into the area of posting pics here! This really will be interesting.
I should go and pack.

*edit*
I'll still be online, so I can respond and post.
And I want some soup. I'm gonna go get soup before we leave. See everyone at the wedding!

I'm going crazy waiting for school to start. I need to have things to do, I need to keep busy. Right now I'm spending my days doing absolutely nothing. Ok, I lied. I've been training for quidditch some more, but most of the time there's absolutely nothing to do.

Draco gets locked up in Nevilles closet, Neville catches him cutting up Mandrake leaves, Even if its not the most fun, Ron, Harry, Hermione and Ginny are keeping busy at the burrow. I'm just sitting here in the magic-free room watching TV and trying to teach Mam how to use the computer.

Somebody rescue me before I go insane!

Or maybe I already have...

I'm gonna sleep now.

Woo Hoo! Bill has his bachelor party tonight, and I'm going! First night of 'legal' fun!
Just let me know, guys, where you're meeting, I'll meet you there. I'm have a feeling Mrs. Weasley would start to suspect something if people all of a sudden ahowed up at the burrow and were gone the next minute :P

Mam's been reading the Daily Prophet again. Luckily, there hasn't been much about Harry or any of my friends, so she's not being overly protective, but she's reading it rather obsessively. Oh well, as long as she doesnt start wigging out about every small thing and start keeping tabs on me 24/7, I'll be fine. Like yesterday, she had no problem with me heading to the Quidditch Pitch. Speaking of which, my new broom finally arrived! God, that thing is fast. turns remarkeably well, and I dont think i could've kept up with two bludgers by myself without the speed. Yes, flying isnt just the broom, but it's a big factor. I would compare its handling to that of a Firebold, but I havent been on one of those *cough-Harry-cough*. :) <-Oh, yes. I learned about 'smilies. one new thing, there's too much to know about this computer. First time Mam tried to use it, she started to write on the screen with a quill.
And, thats my rambling for the day. Maybe more later, but now I'm hungry.

One more thing. Ron, when's the wedding starting again? I know for sure that I'll be able to make it, But I'll be arriving on the day of the wedding, and I don't want to be late. I'd actually like to be early, I haven't seen you guys in ages!

Current Music: Dad has an old Benny Goodman record playing.

Wow, its the end of the week already. Time goes by way too fast. Bil and Fleurs wedding is approaching, I hope I can at least make an appearance. I'd like to get there with my new broom, if it ever ships. Nimbus finally introduced their new model, the 2002. And I got it! Well, it's not here yet, but its paid for and it should be on its way by tomorrow. Check it out, its in the latest issue of "Witch Broomstick". Maybe this year I'll try out for the Quidditch team. Last year at Hogwarts, I really should.
Jeez, I gotta buy school supplies and books soon, too. Maybe I'll make a trip to Diagon Alley next week. If anyone wants to join me, just let me know.
Wow, It's alreadt 2AM. I should probably sleep, Mam would kill me if i woke her up, or even if she knew I was up this late. So off to bed with me, catch all of you later!

FINALLY!!! It's taken years, but Dad finally convinced Mam to get a computer! Last time I used one of these was in a Muggle school, before I started at Hogwarts. Back then they weren't nearly anything like this. I think they were called Apples or something. They were alot different than the one I'm on now. This is called a Compaq, but it bloody well ain't compact. Thing takes up the whole desk. Mam had to set up a sheilding charm around the office, wouldn't be good for magic to interfere and mess up the new computer on the first day.

And I really havent ever kept a journal of any sort. This should be interesting. I think its set up correctly, all my good mates should be able to see and read this. Customizing the thing took forever. Here's a tip. If you're new at computers, graphics programs aren't for you. Still, I think it turned out well. Tried to show a bit of support for the Kenmare Kestrals. And...yeah. thats about it right now, SChool's starting soon, I can't wait. Hope this year goes better. Last year there, it'll be loads of fun!
